fixes/changes after pull request

- changed defaults for Flashconfig
  - SNTP-Server: empty
  - Syslog-Server: empty
  - hostname: reverted to esp-link

- heavy cleanup in syslog.c
  - removed debug messages
  - add local syslog_compose function
