Several fixes:
...
- added instance selection to velocity level function
- volmue menu entry is now hidden, to avoid problems with menu structure
- EEPROM reset is canceled when selecting NO.
- Switching between BANK/VOICE is now donw with a long press. The short press
selects between instances.
