Holger Wirtz 0766143c8d Several fixes: - added instance selection to velocity level function - volmue menu entry is now hidden, to avoid problems with menu structure - EEPROM reset is canceled when selecting NO. - Switching between BANK/VOICE is now donw with a long press.
